Hi everyone,

And first of all a big thank you to all of you for your encouragement. It's such a thrill to be a part of the community here.

Many of you have kindly been asking me where you can get my CD and so I thought I would drop you all a note to let you know.

You can use the BUY CD link on my page which is just below the image of the CD cover.

You can order or download the CD through my website @ www.andioakes.com (The CD will be shipped from the US, which is why the price will be quoted in dollars).

You can also order the CD from me if you like by simply sending a cheque for £11.50 (which includes p&p) to:

A. Oakes
12 Woodhill Heights
Lurgan
Co. Armagh
N. Ireland
BT66 7DJ

(Please make the cheque payable to A.Oakes)

And I will send you a copy asap.

Thank you again for all you lovely comments and I am really encouraged that the songs that God has entrusted to me are blessing and encouraging so many of you.

I would also like to take the opportunity to ask you for your prayers as I seek to continue to serve Jesus. I serve Him fulltime in the ministry of encouragement and cherish your prayer support. Every CD that is sold allows me to continue to serve the Body of Christ and building His wonderful Kingdom.

God bless,

Andi

"He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus" What an encouragement this verse is to all who are in Christ. We will never be pefect in this life, but when Christ comes for His church then His work in us by the power of the Holy Spirit will be completed.

Being someone who is dedicated to what I believe is the vital ministry of encouragement, I just love the fact that there are so many people interested in doing the very same.

If you get the opportunity, please drop by my page and listen to a song the Lord sent to me called "O Lord it's You". I believe it will lift your heart towards our Heavenly Father and encourage you. If there is only one song that I could sing for you...it would be this one.

Bless you all.

God has promised to comfort us.
"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God." II Corinthians 1:3-4, NIV

A friend of mine, an elderly lady who is a prophet, sent a message from the Lord to a young mum on a council estate regarding her swollen stomach. According to the doctors involved there was no medical explanation for the swelling and the lady was at the end of herself with worry. The message from the Lord was that He wanted her to trust Him. When she received the message the swelling went down very quickly, within about 20 minutes. There has been much rejoicing because of this. The prophet did not know the lady concerned until we had arranged a meeting to pray for her.

It's a great encouragement to see anyone come into the kingdom and to be able to witness 6 young people plus 1 older lady getting baptised was a real blessing. We need to pray folks of all ages into the kingdom x Janis

lynn roberts Comment by lynn roberts on 31 October 2008 at 6:27pm
Hi Natasha
I am unsure what you mean regards this , I hope you are well?!
All that comes to mind at the moment is the reference to a husband treating or loving his wife as christ loves the church, yes it talksof a wife submitting to her husband but in the context of a loving and sound relationship not am abusive one, Jesus would NEVER abuse us in any way and so The husband as the head of his household should care for his ife and family upholding to this role model.
You might find the following organisation helpful its a christian counselling and help agency called Care. I am sure they would be able to help you further.
God bless
Lynn x
