Hi all! Although I live in lovely Northern Ireland, I was born in Redruth in Cornwall, so I just had to join the SW region group.

I'm looking forward to getting connected with you, and perhaps I will get to fulfill my dream of doing a ministry tour of the wonderful South West.

I also support Plymouth Argyle! Go the Pilgrims!

hello every one i dont come from the south west but i do go at least 3 to 4 times a year, because i have to its my spiritual home always has been since i went a holiday in cornwall as a little girl, i feel god there so powerful and clear, and i feel home sick not had the opportunity to visit this year, but when i do id love to know where to go for worship ect god bless you all love linda c x.

hi i am a new member to this whole site and i have just found this south west group.i am a romany gypsy born again christian,evangelical,pentecostal and my husband is a gypsy pastor.i live on a legal romany site in somerset with the sea 2 fields behind me and the quantock hills in frnt of me.i think it is the next best place to heaven!!we are getting a bit too old to travel now but we still do from time to time.most gypsies have always believed in God but they didnt know about Jesus nd His saving grace till recently.i myself have been saved for 40 years but the rivivalamonst us only really started about 25 years ago.i love this site.i am learning so much and making loads of friends.God Bless you all cathay

Hi YOU! Fancy meeting you here. A bit disappointed that there are not more people in this group. You think you have problems with "fitting" in? Best just to fit into God's Kingdom. This country is not my home and His banner over me is love.

Anyone on here heading to the Creation Fest tomorrow? If you don't know what it is it's a free Christian Music and teaching festival at Woolacombe in Devon. www.creationfest.org.uk - I'm nothing to do with the organisation - I'm just attending and camping and really praying for some good weather!

Have you ever thought - it took God 6 days to create the Universe and look how amazing just the bit we can see is!!!!
Now think - Jesus said there are many rooms in his Father's house, and he was going to prepare a place for us there. That was 2000 years ago - what will it be like then? Universe = 6 days / our place in heaven - 2000 years!!!!!
